When Mary decided to renovate her 19th century home north of Toronto, she trusted Integra Bell to not only get the job done the right way, but to work with the city to ensure that the home’s historical designation was respected. Here is the scope of the job, which took almost 9 months to complete:

  • All new plumbing and electrical
  • Complete exterior landscaping; planting and hardscaping
  • Interior wainscoting in throughout all floors
  • Painting, fixtures, window casements and treatments
  • New baseboards and moldings throughout

As a designated heritage home, building Mary’s vision required consultation and cooperation with the city of Newmarket, and the client to ensure Mary’s objectives were met within the confines of historical preservation guidelines.
